Terrible experience; hotel needs renovations badly; air conditioning does not work; toilets clog; rooms smell; pool area & location are good; buffet breakfast good. Staff was snarky except for Sylvie, she ...was amazing & helpful. We received a night credit but air conditioning would have been better, it was 90 degrees

Came here for a week for work trip. I would have picked another hotel. This place was old. AC didn’t work in conference rooms and many guests rooms. Room was hot, humid and smelled like mildew. Pools were ...decent. Snack selection during happy hour was bad. Cheez its, ritz crackers, chex mix and veggies. Must be on a budget. I’ve seen other embassy’s really out effort into happy hour, not this one. Bar area was too small. Breakfast was good, typical as it should be. Laundry was available. Gym in rear and was nice. The people that worked here were very nice and made the stay.

good service, the hotel could be updated. shower was below par and the heads need replacement. the elevators were no working and the distance to the back room is far from the lobby. the rest of the stay ...was otherwise great and i would stay here again regardless.

Our family of 8 visited for an Easter vacation and had a great time. All of the staff, (front desk, bar, restaurant, housekeeping) were all very nice and attentive. The hotel rooms and grounds were very ...tidy. The complimentary hot breakfast buffet and happy hour were a nice treat. We enjoyed the pool and the tennis court. The hotel is just a short drive to Old Town, so it was a convenient location for going out to shop and eat. Our kids are already talking about going back next year.

We chose the Embassy Suites because they had 2 good pools and offered things like breakfast and happy hour. It was a real nice stay and did not disappoint. I would stay there again if traveling to the ar...ea. The rooms were clean, large, and the staff was helpful too.
