Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa is going through an extensive transformation. This is a two year project from 2023-2025 with the rebranding to Grand Hyatt.
Here is an outline of the areas impacted and proposed timelines:

One of our very favorite places to go. We return here every few years and it is always a great place!!! We did an adults only trip this time and the adult only pool is very relaxing. We did walk over to ...the sand beach pool and it is in great shape and the kids looked like they loved the beach. We will definitely be bring the kids back to this spot soon.

The room was very clean, and the food was amazing. The band that played in the evening was excellent, we only wished they played longer, however, we understand that the hotel has a quiet time rule after 1...0:30. We found the employees helpful, and noticed they went out of their way to give us the best experience. This is my husbands favorite hotel, we will be returning.
