Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa is going through an extensive transformation. This is a two year project from 2023-2025 with the rebranding to Grand Hyatt.
Here is an outline of the areas impacted and proposed timelines:

I would rate this hotel extremely favorable for location and aesthetics. I would rate it very poor for food and service within the hotel (except the valet team). I'm sure people like it for golf but that ...would probably be it. Pools were good but not great, really driven by the food and the service.

Great resort for a conference, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is amazing with a great pool and an unbelievable view and it is close to 5-star restaurants and incredible shopping in O...lde Town Scottsdale...Just bring your own Dr. Pepper!!!
