DISAPPOINTED when I booked I specifically asked NOT to be put in overflow I arrived today. Guess where I am. Very upset I was here before. Overflow is boring. And it’s across the street from the swim up bar. I don’t think I’ll be back. I don’t come here to sleep

Absolutely the best trip we’ve been on. Service was exceptional. Food was amazing with lots of different choices to pick from. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a resort to take your family I would highly suggest going to Gran Ventana. Also, huge shout out to Henry for keeping us entertained and for making our trip so much more enjoyable not only for the adults but for the kids as well!

The activities personel were amazing and attentive to all the people. Henry was very friendly and made each feel like the most important in the room and was great with kids. My only suggestion for the hotel is labeling the deserts and ice cream flavors and maybe more seating around the theater.

I would like everyone to know that all rooms are the same no matter which package you book. There are resort was great . Pool was a little small for the amount of people , but nice. The beach was great.... We spent all day at the beach. We had Butler service at the beach .There were a few areas that had coral but also areas that were just sand. The food was plentiful and delicious. We had the Royal package ( to keep us in the rooms by the pool and beach) .It did provide 2 rum and 3 wine bottles (small bottles 12 oz or so) on check in only. Also include a tray of fruit. Unlimited à la carte dinners were also included ...we used 3 only.....buffet was great. The Vintage club was also included (worth the extra money). Great drinks and snacks.. Great A/C and atmosphere there...

Everything was amazing , the food the ppl the vibe .. happy vibes all around highly recommend !! Jesus the best high energy natural high positivity energy all around loved it ! Greibi also great person ! All around great experience . To be honest I’m ready to come back and book my next whole week here !
