Please note La Cevicheria, a la carte lunch restaurant at Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa will be transformed into a Mexican style beach front, restaurant with an adult only sky bar and lounge.
This transformation work has begun and will run through October 31, 2024.
During the period that La Cevicheria restaurant will be closed, the hotel will be offering the great seafood lunch menu at El Mexicano Restaurant in both the indoor and terrace pool-front areas.
To minimize disruption to customers, the area will be surrounded by an aesthetically pleasing closed wall featuring images of the completed project. The hotel will ensure guests at the pool and beach areas are at least 5 meters (15 feet) away during work hours and minor noise may be heard during this project.

Outstanding location. Public bus stops right outside of the hotel and ubers are always close. Rooms are being updated but they are very comfortable and they are the best beds.I have slept on in hotels. We did the all inclusive and our drinks and food was excellent! We would stay there again.

The resort has a great location which is near airport and downtown. We really loved the character of the hotel. The restaurants were fantastic and staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the services of Israel (sushi bar), Alejandra, Claudio at Asian Restaurant. The food was good. We especially enjoyed the view of the sunset. We are definitely going back.
