Definitely upgrade to the adult pool and check out the bar above the Seafood restaurant. Without the upgrade the resort is definitely average at best. The staff Liliana, Carlos, Ignacio, Rafael offer the a...bsolute best service and made our stay memorable. Without staff like them our vacation wouldn’t have been worth it.

The best option to rest and enjoy with family or as a couple. I return every year and feel welcomed as part of the family. Each time it is a unique experience since the staff, service, and facilities impro...ve each time. On this occasion, we celebrated our eleventh anniversary and it has not been an exception.

This place was such a beach retreat! Definitely paradise. It was so relaxing and beautiful, exactly what I needed for a vacation. My room had a partial view of the ocean, the mountains and the entire resor...t, it was amazing to wake up to all of it. The various amenities were conveniently located close to each other with little walking to do, which I appreciated. All areas were spotless and the service and hospitality of the staff were top-notch. From my arrival, Fernando greeted me with a big smile and took me on a quick tour. He always checked up on my satisfaction and ensured I had everything I needed throughmy stay. Gume was one of my servers during breakfast and he had such positive energy, he never let my coffee cup be empty! We also had lovely conversations and he provided great recommendations for local excursions. Margarito was my omelette master. We was so kind and courteous every time. Raymundo kept me hydrated during my long hours at the beach/pool. He delivered me so many cups of water I'm sure it was more like gallons! Last but not least, Gabriela who was the front desk agent upon check-out. Just her smile and sweet demeanor provided a lovely closing to my trip. Thank you to everyone at Fiesta Americana for making this a vacation to remember. I'll be back soon!

We were nervous for our first vacation with our 8 month old baby, but everything was amazing! The staff were so accommodating and sweet with him and he loved all the attention. The resort is on the smaller... size, which was perfect for schlepping around with kids. The room was clean and comfy with an amazing ocean view. The pack and play provided was not the best, just something to consider bringing if you have a picky baby. The vibes were perfect for the type of vacation we wanted - lounging, swimming and sometimes napping by the pool all day, with lots of yummy drinks and guacamole. Definitely not a party resort, but lively enough to have a good time. Great breakfast buffet, and all the restaurants were good for dinner as well. I would have liked a buffet option for dinner because I don’t always want to make a reservation and have to plan the day around that time, especially with little ones. But we made it work. Close to the airport and lots of shops and restaurants if you like to wander. Quick cab ride to downtown, though we didn’t go this time around. Special shoutout to Leo at the bar and Luis by the pool for their 5-star service! And to Karen in the Italian restaurant for being so so sweet with our baby. He was in love, haha. We would absolutely stay here again!

Had an incredible experience at the Nakawe Spa. The facility inside the spa was beautiful and the ladies were very nice. The hotel was alright. Beautiful location but the food sort of lacked. The rooms wer...e nice and big but had wifi problems and no bottle water.
