We enjoyed our stay in Melia PV. The room is a bit old, but that's not a very big deal for us. We definitely enjoyed the buffet, pool has some tiles broken that needs fixing, the staff are wonderful and very helpful. Despite the down sides, we had an overall Great time in Melia PV!

The hotel is nice but it looks old and sloppy in some areas, it could use a renovation in rooms, elevators and pool. The food is good but after 3 days you’ll have the same food, there is only one buffet restaurant and there are two other restaurants you can go with reservation. We tried the seafood restaurant and the dishes were average, as a reservation is needed you might expect more special dishes. Some drinks have an extra cost even you are in an all inclusive plan, which seems weird but it might not be a big deal. The attention at restaurants and front desk was great. The night shows are entertaining.

Javier from the Lobby front desk was amazing, great customer service and he was very responsive, respectful and helpful. He helped us reserve dinner last minute when it seemed impossible. Overall I recommend this resort one of the best experiences I’ve had.

Great resort! All stuff is super attentive and always get you what you need. My family wanted to reserve at a restaurant but there was no space and Javier helped my family get in since it was our last day. Room is super nice and clean. Great views & stuff.

Puerto Vallarta is a magical city, but the staff at the Meliá made our stay unforgettable. Check in was a breeze. Karolina, Javier and Silvia from de Meliá Customer Service team were outstanding. We felt like royalty their service and support was to the highest standards. The amenities and activities group was entertaining, fun and the staff was excellent as well as the shows. Thank you to Alison, Bety, Raul, Leon and the rest of the entertainment team, you are the best, from yoga, aqua aerobics cooking lessons shows and much more
