We visited as part of a family reunion with 4 generations. Unfortunately, we were placed all over the resort instead of by each other even though the reservations were made together. This property was clean. I would stay here again. Food was ok. Pools were great. Kids loved the slides! They had fun games and activities by the activity pool. One issue was the times for the kids club was not consistent. We never did catch it when it was open, and we were there a week. They definitely try to upsell and sell timeshares A LOT. My MIL booked an excursion through the resort. After, the driver shook us down for more money and we didn’t get to do what we actually wanted to do. It felt like such a scam. They also booked an excursion for ATVs that my FIL and husband went on. They had a lot of fun. We did family pictures while we were there. There was a photographer at the resort! It was pricey, but they turned out great so it was worth it! My favorite part was a fiesta night and they had GREAT authentic food, mariachi band, and piñata for kids! It was a highlight of our trip! Overall it was a good experience. Would recommend!!!

Our experience at the Marival Emotions was horrible. I cannot figure out why the reviews are good. When you check in they sit you down and coerce you into going to a sales presentation. My daughter was promised an ATV trip if they went. So they spent at least 3 hours listening to the sales pitch. Then they reneged on the ATV trip! You cannot go to all the facilities if you are not some type of Elite member. This whole experience was brutal.

Alejandro was the best server we had, always checking in on us and great attitude, Always brought drinks when ours was low, was asking how our food was and if he can get anything for us. And he always cleared off the table when we finished with our food

Alejandro, my family's waiter, went above and beyond when addressing our needs. I appreciate his kindness, serving with a smile, as well as how attentive he was. The service within the teen club has been perfect along arrival we are greeted by David with perfect service and served immediately. The food within this establishment has been beyond excellent and the services of the bar were perfect. The rooms, music, and shows were also excellent and always perfect for the resort.
