I love this resort and it’s our 4th time here. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. All the staff were beyond friendly but one lady made my vacation so much more memorable. Dora Perez was tend...ing to washroom when I complimented her on a barrette. ( she doesn’t speak English I don’t speak Spanish) she took off her hair piece and handed to me. I took off my hair piece to trade her and she almost didn’t take it. When she did she gave me a big hug and everytime we saw each other was a big hello . Dora Perez gave a memory I won’t forget ??

All the staff members are really organized and attentive, courteous, and friendly, specially, our bellboy Armando excellent person great tips so we can have even more fun and enjoy all the amenities that t...he hotel has to offer the beach is great. The amenities are very good. The entertainment has an excellent variety makes you feel you don’t belong in a place but you belong to the world.

This was not first time here and won't be my last. I really like this resort. The friendly happy staff. The land scaping. The pools. The food. I had one glitch on this trip and It was quickly resolve...d by Andres at the front desk. There were problems with my initial room that wouldn't be fixed very quickly. I am far from picky, but knew that I wouldn't last one night in this room. I asked for a room change and was told there were no other rooms in my room class to move to. Andres took on the problem and had me in another room in no time. It was a better room than my original. It was an upgrade. Thank you Andres. Nice CS touch to make a great resort even better.

The staff has been nothing but welcoming, especially the bellboy, Armando. Hotel was clean, I even got a free room upgrade with a balcony. The royal suite level with a balcony is worth it. Very safe and af...fordable. Hotel is 20 minutes by taxi from the airport.

Great food; welcoming and friendly staff offers to try new drinks and food. Clean beach with great views and entertainment.
