The culture of kindness where all family

The hotel has a great culture. It reminds me of Hawaii where the guests are family specially, Malena. She has been excellent very good listener and there’s nothing I can’t come over and ask her about that.... She doesn’t have the knowledge of along with the staff at the front desk they have gone out of their way for me Just to get the ATM machine. Oh, I go with you the smallest thing anything I need there let me know or give me a taxi, outstanding gentleman just real kindness, like to say Mago Magali and Martin Ruben are very helpful too, all the staff is great!!!

The hotel was great, baby friendly. We came as a family. Arath on the entertainment staff was always there to have fun! He played ping pong, black jack, bingo, and kept us entertained all trip. If you come... to this resort, find Arath for some fun!
