Would not come back. The worse location thus far for the Villa Group.

This is the worse location I've stayed at thus far. Bedroom TV did not work, our key to the room stopped working twice and no one did not find it urgent so I waited outsider my room for 25 mins. Never was given enough washcloths or towels. I can go on but not enough space.
Best Service at the Breakfast Brunch

The experience we had will be memorable for the family. Carlos, Celestino, Paty, Evelina, Eriberto, and Miranda gave us superb service by attending to our needs at the Breakfast Brunch while at Villa del Palmar ??. They went over their service by sending us off with a beautiful plated tirimasu with a message, "Safe Travels."
