The staff are wonderful , the pool is very warm . Ian on the activities gave us a great kayak tour of the bay ! Food and drinks are a bit expensive , but happy hour makes up for it . Rooms are great the h...ide abed is abit hard and our guest is not enjoying that .

We had a wonderful two weeks at this resort. We just got back to our room after enjoying our final meal at La Trattoria restaurant . Ricardo and the staff of Ruby, Miguel, Christian, and Emiliano made s...ure our last meal was delicious and memorable . We will be back soon !

Wow! What else can I say? The service was impeccable! The rooms are nice and the food and drinks are good. But, back to the service. We ate most of our meals at laTrattoria. Juan Carlos and Hugo at breakf...ast and lunch were great. Remembered our likes and ushered us to our table ahead of other guests. Sorry everyone else. Joaquin was our go to server at the pool and the beach. We would look for him and sit in the section he was assigned to. He remembered what we drank and always had a drink to us in no time. Now, dinner! Huge shoutout to Emiliano, Rubi, Chrishan and manager Ricardo. They made our last meal memorable with amazing service and a dessert plate with a special message in chocolate. We have been to Villa del Palmar in PV a few times and have always enjoyed our stay. The service is what keeps us coming back. But this time was the most memorable. Adios, PV. We will be back soon. Once we arrived we met the most wonderful lady Maggi Malena Martin who greeted us at reception. She took care of all of our needs all week and answered all our questions we had. We found her very helpful... and easy to deal with. She helped us plan our days with lots of adventures and everything she recommended was wonderful.

Our recent trip to Villa deal Palmar was greatly enhanced by the friendly and efficient Maggi . She helped us to find a very lovely and quiet room during spring Break and that is a challenge. Maggi and h...er coworkers Malena and Martin were always available to help us plan our days with adventures and recommendations for dining. They were key to our enjoyment of our holidays.
