The best part of the stay is the service at the pool. CARLOS AND ANDRES are the best. I've come here for years and both servers are amazing. They remember my favorite drink from last year, which isn't on t...he drink list. They are friendly and take their jobs seriously you can tell they love it here. The room was great, except the sliding glass door probably should be replaced. The handle broke off twice, however maintenance responded quickly. Again it doesn't slide making it difficult to get out. The food is amazing as always. The service at all the restaurants are top notch. Again, Carlos and Andres are worth more than gold making our trip amazing!

We had a great time kayaking and paddle boarding with Arath! Facilities are clean, people are kind, in-hotel activities are plentiful and entertaining. Good food variety. Front desk hospitality has some ro...om for improvement but otherwise great!

The staff was great! Alondra greeted us with great energy and kept that same energy up throughout our stay. Ian and Arath were great entertainment coordinators who always went a little extra to make sure w...e had a good time. There is still a problem with people reserving chairs by the pool and hopefully management can help remedy this.
