The rooms are a bit dated, but the outside areas are amazing. It is really family friendly, the family area is very separated from the adults area. As a couple, we were able to enjoy a romantic getaway, yet we weren't surrounded by rowdy young adults. The food was varied and we were able to secure restaurant dinners every night. The staff is also top notch, kind and made efforts to speak in English. We had a fabulous time.

The vacation started out a little rough but in the end it was just the vacation we needed. The room was a little dated and the air conditioning didn’t work but the pools, restaurants, beach and service were incredible. If you asked me the first day I would have said I’d never come back but at day six I’d happily come back again. That you Marco and Jacqueline for a great vacation!

Just came back from another amazing holiday !! The hotel as always is fantastic! The adult pool was simply the best Cesar and his crew always keeping things going , we will see you in a few months Cesar ! , thanks again for the great time and for caring for the guest.

The best part about the resort was the customer service from Michel and other workers at the resort. The resort itself needs to be updated. The pool had too much chlorine. Also they did not monitor the adult pool. There were kids swimming in it.

Very comfortable place, everything was kept tidy, pools, rooms, buffet area. We didn't encounter any problem during our stay. The buffet is remarkable and the staff is always helpful, and in good mood. The Grill restaurant was awesome, we had a very pleasent dessert. Thanks to Ignacio and Fatima for their great service, much appreciated.
