The Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort and Spa is nestled on a lush tropical hillside overlooking the beautiful Bay of Banderas, set in front of 300 metres of private beach. Rooms feature Mexican décor and are spread across 3 buildings winding through paths of tropical gardens filled with flora and fauna of the area. A variety of dining options and activities make this an ideal getaway for families, couples and friends.
Please note: Since the Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort and Spa has been built on a hill, several ramps and stairs are found throughout the property. There is no elevator on site.

Just wrapped up 8 beautiful nights at the Grand Palladium, with 25 people for the complimentary Crazy In Love wedding package. The hotel was absolutely fabulous for hosting a large group event like this, with a little bit for everyone. Great variety at the buffets, comfortable beds, good music at each of the pools and activities for kids, couples and all our friends and family. The beach was AMAZING with a cordoned off area to swim that was mostly sandy. Best activity was the tequila tasting on Saturday, the whole team leading the activity was wonderful and we had so much fun! It is a bit hard to get drinks due to only 1-2 bartenders at each, the shows were hit and miss, and the DJ could have played a bit newer / electronic music, but this is my preference. One night, I got sick of hot dog pizza at the Sports Bar, but no other issues with the food. Lastly, the team at Palladium (especially Yessenia, Cynthia and Ramon), made our wedding day SO special and blew us away! The decorations, the flowers, and the service given to us during the ceremony and reception were flawless, and I can see that there was so much pride in making our day very special. We also enjoyed the hydrotherapy, room upgrade, and a dinner at the Nest on our arrival. Highly recommend this resort for weddings, and THANK YOU!
Awful choice for an adult getaway

This most definitely is NOT a five-star resort. If you are adults only, can el your reservation or look elsewhere. If you have kids over 13 yrs, there is nothing for them to do but be in the pool or small strip of beach. If you have any mobility issues at all, avoid or cancel. No bell service; cart your own luggage. No welcome cocktail and we are rewards members: no early or late checkout as advertised. There are stairs to every restaurant and the adult pool and beach; only the buffet has a ramp. The restaurant reservation system is untenable yet reservations are required (no walk-ins) and yet tables are 75% empty. For such a large resort, the dinner options each have a capacity under 50 people. Diapered infants in the adult pool. Adult pool closed one full day to rains (hello: it is the rainy season in Jalisco!) and no notification. Transport via Grey Lines was non-existent on arrival. An absolutely worthless trip. We won’t be back.
