Mostly an all inclusive - would not recommend

From the checkin to the checkout, the experience was far from an all inclusive. They stock the minibar with 2 small bottles of water per day and 2 beer for the entire stay (for double occupancy). More requires you to pay more. Front desk staff were less than helpful, provided conflicting information and were at times rude. Buffet was terrible. On the plus side, the wait staff, activities and beach bar staff were excellent. Housekeeping staff were also pleasant and helpful when seeking out basics like face cloths and hand towels for the room. Would definitely never return and not recommend this as a place to stay.

The staff was very friendly. We left feeling we made new friends. Salvador was especially welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The resort was small and right on the beach. Nothing fancy but definitely authentic. A great ‘first time in Mexico’ experience. ??
