Terrible customer service and food choices. Employees does not care for anyone of thire customers, even if you complain about it in our privilege club or front desk they both said what can we do! Food was terrible, in buffet and at the restaurant!

I will start off by saying I am extremely picky and ocd. I was extremely anxious prior to coming on this vacation after reading the reviews on here. However I know multiple people who have come to this resort and loved it. Here is my honest review. Rooms- they are fine. Could they be renovated? Yes. Are they clean? Mostly. They could use a good deep clean but really you aren’t in the room much. We left $3 a day for our maid and she went above and beyond. Shout out to YANDIRA. She would give us tons of waters a day and tons of beer. Nice and cold- air conditioning was on full blast all day and night and it was lovely. Pillows aren’t great but we called down and asked for more pillows and blankets and they brought them up. Food- the food is OK. But it’s a resort- not sure what people are expecting. It’s generic buffet food. We booked 4 ala cartes. Greek, Il paradiso, rodizio and le gourmet. Greek and le gourmet were really good food and service. Best food we ate the whole trip. Il paradiso was ok but I did see a cockroach in the washroom which was off putting. Rodizio food was great however the restaurant is outside and it was just way too hot to enjoy it after being in the sun all day. Drinks were great every bar we went to. Watered down? Sure a bit. But again, tip for better drinks . Service we found to be amazing. Is there a language barrier ? Yes. But you can figure out some basic Spanish words before you come and you will be fine . They make an effort to understand English as well. Pools and beach and water park. fantastic. Main pool has tons of entertainment but you can go to the other pools surrounding the resort if you want more quiet. The beach has seaweed if it has rained but they are constantly cleaning. We found it best to go in the afternoon. Waterpark is perfect for kids and has multiple life guards at all times. There is a bar and snack bar right beside it for easy eating/drinking. Shows and entertainment - fantastic. At 7pm there is all kids entertainment and the staff is so kind and engaging. All in all it was a great trip. Would I come back? Probably not. But that’s just because we have now experienced it and would try something different. But I would definitely recommend it to someone with kids to come to.
