Excellent place for everyone!

So much to say about this place! Anyone contemplating a trip here, it certainly lives up to the pix and hype. It’s built for entertainment daily and so many things to do! But you can also slip away and enj...oy yourself low key if that’s what you seek. It checks all the boxs for whatever you want. We book VIP and our butler, Jose, deserves all the praise. Booking our reservations down to our beach chairs every day. It all starts with a greeting at the door when you arrive. This place has everything for every age, it’s a solid pick!

I am typically not the person that leaves anything but positive reviews. I had been hoping to do just that for the Hard Rock Punta Cana. Not happening because of customer service (or lack of) from the vaca...tion planners/golf cart rental company. Apparently they don't have any supervision under the Hard Rock even though they make you think differently. IF you make a mistake of renting a golf cart, just make sure it is thoroughly checked out and working before you pull away. Otherwise they take zero responsibility for all the aggravation you will deal with. Also, good luck finding an area to charge the broken down carts (not all I'm sure) even if it's where the rental staff tell you to park and charge your cart. Then once you have a problem, instead of trying to be somewhat courteous and a little flexible, it then becomes a full blown negotiation which is disappointing to say the least. So sad.. I guess since I've started, I may as well update on a few additional things. The property is massive, and they try to maintain it and do pretty good job. The staff (except mentioned above) are all super friendly, nice and helpful. We loved our room and the beds and linens were super comfortable. The room air conditioners make a lot of noise and often break which doesn't make for a good night's sleep. The food is not very good but I do give them a pass as they are honestly feeding the masses. I believe I saw some advertisement that stated they were listed as a five-star property, let me promise you three stars would be a generous rating. Other than the golf cart fiasco with a complete runaround and lack of customer service it might be worth trying as long as you don't expect an upper end resort.
