Our Butlers David and Elvito were the best. They coordinated our beach beds and pool lounges daily and made all of our dinner reservations. They never missed a beat. Plus they would make sure they met up with us daily to see if we needed anything else. The food was very good at Toro, Ciao, and Ipanima. Some others were just average. Plenty of pool areas to choose from but overall we felt the resort was way too big to navigate daily. The cost of $120 per day for your own golf cart is ridiculous! If you have a disability contact one of the local dealers for a handicap scooter for about $45 per day.
Excellent time at HRPC

We stayed at HRPC in a family suite. Had an amazing experience. Hung out by the Guitar pool and Ramon took care of us the whole time. Yanna entertainment was great too! The staff was attentive and the restaurants were all fantastic. My family had a wonderful time and we will definitely come back!!
