Booked under an HOF member and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Our butlers Cristobal met all of our needs. He helped with dinner reservations, water, tours everything we needed! He had our chairs reserved at the pool and at the beach every day! Sent pictures of where they were. We had an Amazing time. Service was excellent! Would recommend for all ages!
Moon Palace Resort is way better

Booked to celebrate our Anniversary, we always book through Palace Resorts but we gave Hard Rock a shot, our expectations were way off. One of the staffs who works in Hard Rock even agreed that Moon Palace Resorts is way better than Hard Rock.
