We had the best time!! The staff is amazing, everything is so clean, and the food was amazing!! We had so much fun spending time together, and there is so much to do throughout the day! José, Nelson, Bern...ardo, Juan Carlos, Santa, Bryan, Aldo were all so awesome and very kind to remember our names and find us throughout the days to make sure we had everything we needed! Everything was so clean and so well taken care of! Jose, Nelson, and Bryan led all of the activities and we had the best time at Zumba and Water Aerobics! Our favorite dinner was Noodle and Thread! So good! We hope to be back!

Good ride to the airport and provided us with good music, knowledge and cold waters for the heat! Can’t wait to come visit again to this beautiful country! Hospitality has been amazing and couldn’t ask for... better assistance during our trip!

My sisters and I celebrated my mom's 75th birthday at Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana. The reviews were wonderful and the actual experience was even better. We had no idea it would be so easy to move between the fam...ily-Ziva side and the 18+Zilara side. We probably spent the most time on the Zilara side. Our package from Costco (highly recommend) included Club benefits and we really enjoyed the Club pools and restaurant access. I can't say enough about the food - best All Inclusive food I've had! The entire staff was wonderful - shout out to Bryan and Diomedes in entertainment, Erica, Berniece, and Anjelee (sp?) at the Club Pools, to Flordalis (sp?) and Anny at the buffets, and to Jamie at Chinola and Patricio at Waves Grill for making this trip absolutely incredible! And to top it all off, we met really wonderful hotel guests. We are already looking to book again!

We brought our young adult children and all shared a double bed swim out room in the 3 building of Ziva. The room was in great condition and we enjoyed the patio and swim out area. We were right next to t...he theatre so would have some noise but used white noise at times if it was an issue and it never really bothered us. We loved the location as we spent most of all day on the Zilara side which was just a couple minute walk. We rented pool cabanas for a couple days which was very nice if you like having additional shade along with a couple days at the club pool and beach. The beach staff were happy to setup your chairs and umbrellas in your preferred location and the service at all the areas were really outstanding. Danny, Gabrielle, Miguel were all so nice and friendly and we constantly had fresh drinks. We always tipped as the staff is working so hard and always seem to prioritize ensuring you are having a great vacation. My kids are 20 and 22 and once my 22 year old son had to provide his ID which we appreciated to ensure it stays adults only even though it was a tiny hassle to go back to the room to get. There were a lot of people from a corporate trip at the resort which at times were a little overwhelming since they took over and seemed to be a large sales group. Most were not club level which made the club area even more enjoyable to have. The club amenities we did enjoy with a few additional restaurant and liquor selections along with the sunscreen and after sun lotions available. It wasn’t necessary but we liked using both pool areas and the breakfast lunch options for club guests throughout our stay at different times. We enjoyed the Indian restaurant, Waves, Shutters, the hibachi but didn’t love the Italian food as much and the server was a little less attentive than most staff we came across there as well. We loved that the buffets were not self service but at times being seated could take a few minutes even at slow times and a few stations could backup a line as well for food preparation but the chef worked hard to make it as quick as possible but some stations could use a couple people who flex depending on the number of people waiting to help cut down on the wait. We also really enjoyed the one eyed cat martini bar, the drink menu was extensive for new cocktails to try and all were delicious and fun. We also enjoyed the sports bar where we played pool. We have traveled to quite a few all inclusive resorts and most we haven’t felt compelled to return to. This is the first where we all immediately said we would love to come back and stay even longer. The staff all seemed so customer focused and truly make your vacation experience outstanding. The simple my pleasure and hand over their heart gestures all standout in the experience.

I visited the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana with my daughter and a group of friends to celebrate High School Graduation. We had a great time. The resort is very nice and the rooms were very clean. We had a great tim...e at the pool, beach and water park. Several people used the gym and said it was the nicest gym they had ever been to. Overall, we all had a wonderful trip! Highly recommend this resort.
