Hyatt Ziva exceeds expectations.

We have high standards that are usually not adequately met however, Hyatt Ziva exceeded our expectations. The service is top notch (I mean, really over the top!), the resort is beautiful and well maintain...ed and the food is VERY high quality. The pools are clean, spacious and well maintained, the water park was great too. I did a ton of research for our trip and in the end, I am SO happy we went with Ziva. The only 'complaint' I have is about the guests who reserve pool loungers early in the AM, but don't use them all day. If the hotel could somehow solve this issue, I'd say it was perfect.

This was the most wonderful resort! We frequent AI resorts often, mostly adults only. I wasn’t sure what to expect bringing my entire family but wow wasn’t impressed. The double queen room with pullout was... an easy fit for families of 5, which is very hard to do. My 3 kids all had an amazing time, age ranging from 10-14. The food was great, the drinks were great. Martin Jimenez was the most amazing butler! He always had a smile and would find us daily to ask if we needed anything. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be around. He is an amazing human. Another stand out for us was Deiby at the Club bar Cocoonz. My son adored him and he would make the best strawberry daiquiris and pina coladas. I’ve noted at many bars elsewhere the kids are generally ignored because they aren’t big tippers but not Deiby. He was warm and always had a smile. The last huge positive for us was the free photo sessions they offer. The pictures turned out phenomenal. Don’t skip this! We will for sure be coming back! The only area they can improve is the nighttime entertainment m. The shows were not very entertaining. We actually did so much during the day that we didn’t want to stay out late anyway.
