Great experience from start to finish. The staff was warm and welcoming and extremely hard working, the grounds were immaculate. Not too far from the airport. Food was plentiful and good. The Coral level definitely has its privileges, better booze selection and nicer pools. While I would highly recommend there is always room for improvement. It would have been nice to be able to make dinner reservations at the specialty restaurants as opposed to trying to scramble for a table. The pools need to be cooler. It’s hot there and the pools were not refreshing. That being said would highly recommend
Worst trip ever

I am not one to complain but the trip was horrible but I held it together since it was my husband's milestone bday trip with our family. Two of our rooms had money and jewelry stolen. They will tell you they are investigating which will take 24 to 48 hrs. You will have to go to them to follow up and won't tell you they found nothing until the day you leave. I was given a business card if I wanted to follow up . Note they only take a couple pieces hoping you won't notice. Seems it happens a day or two before leaving. First room had the jewelry stolen prior to our friend checking out. They stole her most sentimental pieces so were missed immediately the next morning. We didn't notice the other room had earrings and a necklace stolen until we returned. Joke on them since necklace was fake but they did get gold earrings. Don't try to reach out after you leave because they will never respond to your emails. Poor customer service to say the least. Second and most important is I was also awaken by a maintenance man in my room the first night and he proceeded to try to hug and kiss me. I was able to get him out and called my husband immediately who was at the show. He spoke to manager before returning to our room but no one tried to speak with me about the incident. I wanted to leave the resort the next day but my husband asked me not to alarm my grown children of the incident. I was so freighten and feared that something could happen to others. I did not receive an apology so I sought out the manager a couple days later. I was told he was left go but I felt she was annoyed I approached her about it. We had been to this resort several times prior to covid and never felt unsafe. They have new management who need some training on customer service. They definitely have an inside theft ring happening at this resort. I will never return to this resort or other Iberastar resorts.
