This place was the worst thing I’ve ever seen, butlers taking forever/not answering,pillows having sheets and rips,toilet broke and butler not fixing it,food being messed up/undercooked and not given at the sports bar,and so much more?????
Wonderful Time At Majestic Mirage

My husband and I travelled to Majestic Mirage in June 2024 with a group of 20 people. Our stay was amazing! The resort is beautiful, and exceeded our expectations. First and foremost, the resort is immaculately clean, the staff is wonderful. Our butler, ISAIAS, was incredible! He made our stay so much more enjoyable and fun! With his out going personality and friendliness, he always made sure we were having a good time! He took care of reservations at the restaurants and also the spa, and always responded quickly to our requests. He did an amazing job, and is truly an asset to the resort! We will be returning to Majestic Mirage!
