The resort is beautiful, well kept, safe and friendly. We had a swim up room attaching to a main pool and felt the upgrade was worth it, and was a great location. The food was good and there are lots of options. The stake house, Japanese restaurant and piano Bar (with drinks by Jerry) should not be missed and were our favorites. The spa was nice and we enjoyed our massages. Our butler, Bolivar was helpful making reservations and touched base every day to ensure our stay was going well. For the most part, everything was great but must say that the checkin process needs improvements, it was very slow and disorganized and some of the bars could have used additional staff to speed things up, otherwise this is a lovey and relaxing resort.

The first day they give you towels and then only one towel You go to the bathroom and wash your hands after doing your business and no towels to dry your hands ?? not asking for a lot . The eggs and pancakes are ice cold .the toaster for the bread you have to run 5 times to toast. Nobody pays attention to details I blame the upper managers Do your Job! The restaurant in the morning even though it’s not crowded you still have to ask for coffee every 5 minutes
