Shoot out to Yeyson and Balicia for addressing our problems with the first hotel room. They didn't hesitate to help us and change our rooms after arriving late at night and not being able to properly sleep.... We are excited for what's up to come with the trip!

We stayed at Meliá Caribe Beach and had an issue with the room. Bed was bad and we couldn’t sleep the first night. Yeyson and Balicia made everything to accommodate us in a better room early next morning. ...Yeyson was really kind and helpful. Thanks for accommodating our request
