Worst ever Melia Wellness resort.

Unfortunately, I went for my 60th birthday celebration to this hotel and had the worst experience. The hotel says it's a 5star, but I would give it 3, maybe 3.5 these staff are not helpful. They do not ca...re. The manager's attitude is take it or leave it. The food is so bland nothing is labeled correctly being a vegetarian.Went for a vegetarian dish and it had beef in it. Restaurant manager couldn't care less.His attitude was, oh, we made a mistake. The manager of the hotel again didn't do anything to rectify the situation.In fact, things got from bad to worse. We'll not ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Add cockroaches in the bedroom, never enough towels. And we had the highest packish, which is called the level wellness. Tomato's soup had beef in it. Minestroni soup had ham in it even though both were labeled as vegetarian. They didn't have enough resources for the activities they were giving each day. Had to wait three hours for a towels to be delivered to our room. It was supposed to be a wellness hotel. So you're supposed to relax and calm music, but every day, we would have loud rap music. From ten o'clock in the morning till four o'clock in the afternoon.
Would highly recommend had an amazing time!

First time in Dominican and had an amazing time staying here! Super service and was very relaxing. Met all expectations and some more.
