Concierge Services for Level Packages

This review is specific to the concierge service. Daniel Michael has been helpful not only in reserving dinner reservations but in helping me get items like toothpaste to fixing the room key card which had stopped working. He also noted in a passing conversation that I was here celebrating my birthday and he personally decorated the room, had champagne sent and arranged for a birthday cake at one of the dinners which was very sweet as I am travelling solo. He has also been checking in on me everyday via WhatsApp and in person. He has made my stay much more relaxed and enjoyable.
Too many improvements needed for the cost of my stay

Pros: staff were very friendly, the outdoor spaces were well maintained and neat, restaurants look very nice Cons: my room and bathroom (1522) badly needed upgrades and improvements. Broken lamp, hair in the shower, fingerprints on the mirror, cracks and badly repaired holes in the tile
