The boo and I went to this amazing property with friends to celebrate my 42nd birthday. It was spectacular. The beautiful resort, relaxing beach and pools, delicious food and beverages, and the most amazing butler, Emillio! He and the staff went above and beyond to make every moment special and memorable. From taking care of all of our reservations, having the room festively decorated randomly, golf cart rides everywhere (lol) , and more . Thank you Emillio.

I just wanted to take the opportunity to leave an amazing review for Sanctuary Cap Cana. My friend and I stayed for four days, and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was top-notch and ready to help with anything at all. Multiple staff members walked around in all areas, ready to entertain us by chatting or helping us find anything we needed. We stayed in the Castle and had Jeremiah as our butler. Jeremiah was extremely polite, answered all our questions, made reservations for us, and even shared his phone number so we could text him with any questions, ask for rides, etc. Jose at the main pool was very attentive to us; he helped change our spa reservation, got us towels, and was just so kind. If you are looking for a relaxing experience with opportunities to schedule excursions for fun activities like zip-lining, catamaran trips, etc., then I would absolutely book your next vacation at Sanctuary Cap Cana.
