Lovely vacation. This is our 3d time visiting secrets cap Cana. Will return again. Everyone is so helpful. Our butler,Aníbal, is wonderful. This is the second time having him as our butler and he always thinks of what he can do to enhance our stay. He is the best. The staff is great. The staff that made our stay very enjoyable were- From the preferred section Aníbal Yajanny Saidy Julia Javier Franny Building 8 cleaning staff From the main pool- Sandy Manuel Ariel Zuni Jesus and Omar from the restaurants The food is delicious also. If you want a relaxing vacation go to secrets cap Cana.

This is my 3rd time going to Sanctuary and won't be my last. This resort is literally perfect. Everyone is extremely kind and helpful, food and drinks are outstanding, and the pools and views are to die for. This is a very laid-back/chill hotel, but don't be fooled by that, there is tons to do and you won't get bored at all. There are multiple activities every day at the pools, common spaces and disco. Shout out to Nathanael from the entertainment team for giving such a fun pool aerobics class. For food they have a main buffet, an American style steak house, an Italian restaurant, an Asian restaurant a sea food restaurant, couple of snack bars, and room service. In addition, there's the "Sanctuary Town" which has a beer bar with games and a pool table, but also several themed restaurants for sushi, burgers, Spanish food (this one is not part of the all inclusive), sweets and pizza. Note about food restrictions: I'm vegetarian and there were many options to eat in all of the restaurants. I also saw a lot of gluten-free and a few vegan options in some. We stayed in the "Castle" side of the resort, which is the best side in my opinion. Shout out to Camacho, who has to be one of the friendliest, nicest and most helpful butlers of any hotel I've ever been too. Lastly, the spa is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and book a session of Hydrotherapy and 15-min reflexology. It was just perfection. 10/10
