This was our 9th Princess visit, 8th to Grand Bavaro. Had a fantastic time. Special thanks to the PBG staff Eduardo, Orlando, Augustine and Agapito for such specialized attention. Being Gluten free was a b...it of a problem, but we worked through it! A fantastic Platinum Beach Bar staff treated us like family! Tony, Perez and Claudio are awesome. Claudio never ceases to amaze us with his personality and attention to his guests on the beach. He was at our beds before we knew we needed more water, or drinks. Such a special employee, whom you should be glad you have there! We hope to come back next year, and see you all again!

Hotel is nice , food is questionable, certainly not 5 star! Staff are rude not overly helpful unless there’s a large tip involved. The so called sports bar has limited sport but if you like anything Americ...an then you’re ok. Food in there was awful and pre made so nothing can be adapted to meet any dietary requirements. Pizza restaurant is about the best place. If you want a bed on the beach you’ll need to be down there for 7am!

Overall a beautiful beach and resort. Nicely renovated and we generally enjoyed our time and the night time activities and dancing. We had some issues however Nicky the manager was very nice and accommodat...ing in helping us resolve them quickly !

I’ve visited the Grand Bavaro Princess resort 3 times, the food, cleanliness, amazing hospitality keeps me wanting to come back specifically here. Dalvin does an amazing job conducting Karaoke nights and e...ngaging the people. I was also very impressed by the accommodation and 5 star quality service provided by Daniel Diaz prior to booking. Overall this has become my favorite place to visit and refer friends to

I love this place! The karaoke is the best and the MC dalvin is very friendly and welcoming. Pub has a great sound system for karaoke it’s not just your average karaoke setup it is so much better. Overall ...I really enjoyed the whole experience and do encourage everyone to try it.
