This resort exceeded every expectation and made for the BEST birthday trip ever! From the moment we arrived, the property was top-tier in every way. We stayed in the Mirage Club Skyview suite, and the two-...story villa with a Jacuzzi on our private terrace was simply breathtaking. The entertainment was fantastic—Kenny & crew kept the energy high and made every moment fun. Our butler went above and beyond, ensuring we had everything we needed and even surprising us with birthday decorations after a perfect beach day. The food? Absolutely delicious! Every single meal was savory and well-prepared. From service to amenities, everything was impeccable. We will definitely be returning for another unforgettable stay!

Where do I begin, from the moment my husband and I arrived with our friends we were again greeted with our favorite Butler, Junior who treated each and every one of us like Kings and Queens throughout our ...stay. His ability to anticipate our every need and his genuine smile ensured that we will all be coming back again next year! I also have to tell you how wonderful Gustavo and Juan are at the Pool Bar, bldg 4! We delighted in their enthusiastic attitudes and amazing services!! I also want to tell you how wonderful our pool and beach services were with Nelson and Donado! They ensured that our experience was exactly what we would want from this amazing resort. Congratulations to Management as these employees have been there for years and that is a testament to how the company prides themselves on customer service. Thank YOU!

Just returned from 8 wonderful days. We had been here 7 yrs ago and decided to come back. So glad we did. Everything was great. Especially like the 1 1/2 baths and the 2 hair dryers. Our butler, Samue...l (L Jackson) couldn't have been more helpful. We opted NOT to download the app so he found us everyday and checked in for anything we may need. He made our dinner reservations and brought us our favorite alcohol to the room. ONLY DOWNSIDE....be careful of the bridges....my husband fell and did damage to his knee...which we are dealing with now (may need surgery). We have been to 14 different Punta Cana resorts, and definitely like the MIRAGE the best.

Friends and I have been here several times. When we booked this year we made sure to PAY MORE for an ocean view room. These are the pics from three room. Don’t bother spending the extra $500. Not worth it.... We have been her 5 times never will we return.
