Beautiful resort! Clean and well maintained! Our butler, Lisandro and favorite waiter, Jonathon were the best, so friendly, attentive, and helpful. The golf course was fantastic! The shows were not great... but the beach and pools were beautiful!

Amazing Rafi and Fernandito are by far the best bartenders i’ve ever had. They make the experience unforgettable. If you ever find yourself at Majestic Mirage these two will take good care of you! Thank yo...u Rafi and Fernandito for being so amazing and kind to us during our stay!

The resort itself was amazing!! The staff was really friendly!! My group went for my sister’s wedding and we all had the same butler, Alejandro. I asked him for 1 thing the whole trip, and he responded wit...h, “i cant do that, youll have to call room service”. I can handle that because i thought my sister, the BRIDE, was being taken care of. I find out later that nope, he didnt take care of her at all. He did however provide “top notch service” to the Matron of Honor, so i guess he can and just chose to ignore our requests. Would definitely go back to the resort, but i wouldn’t ask for him as my butler ever again.

The service was excepcional! I wish I would have stayed longer. The staff was amazing. Fernandito and Ana from Parrots bar at the tiki lounge in the pool area made me forget my problems and remember my ble...ssings. Yes, the drinks they made were AMAZING ?? if I could give them a 10/10 I would give them a 12!

The resort is beautiful, safe with security gates, a lot of resort activities, helpful staff, beautiful private beach, rooms were spacious and clean, and they have a tiki bar!! Fernandito and Ana made the ...best tasting drinks and were the best company.
