Was told I was getting a micro wave at no cost given I'm a member but upon arrival, they advised me it was 20.00. The receptionist said that being a member does not change anything despite being otherwise. I only came here because the PUR was nor available Never again

I recently stayed at the Delta Hotel in Québec City for two nights while attending a pharmacy conference at the Centre des Congrès. The reception area is situated near the check-in and bell desk. It’s worth noting that valet parking is no longer offered since COVID, and if you arrive late during busy times, finding parking can be challenging. My check-in process was smooth, as I used mobile check-in, but I noticed the reception desk had a long line. The layout of the hotel is somewhat unconventional—you need to take an escalator up two floors, then an elevator, one for parking and the other to access the rooms. The restaurant is only open in the evenings, so for other meals, you’ll need to order delivery or walk to nearby restaurants. For convenience, the Hilton, just a block away, has a small store offering good takeout options. I stayed in Room 809, which was quiet and comfortable, though slightly dated. The staff was polite and pleasant throughout my stay.

We were very pleased with our stay. In many reviews, people were complaining about the elevator situation. the first time, we changed elevators. It was very easy, elevators are right next to each other.The rest of the times, we just took the nice escalators to the elevator that took us to the 7th floor. Location is excellent. We walked to Chateau Frontenac and all the other sites in Vieux Quebec. Close to Parliament building, where we started an excellent walking tour with Sam Dubois. If we ever needed help or something fixed at hotel, maintenance personnel were there within 30 minutes. Front desk staff is wonderful. We used their luggage storage when we arrived early. I would definitely stay again!

Currently undergoing renovation but nearly complete. Convenient location for the Hop on Hop off bus for touring this incredibly historic City. Great breakfast buffet and very reasonable for a nice start to your day. Good Concierge service. Fredrick was very pleasant and helpful.

Some renovation works were going on, on the floor we stayed. Room numbering and signage was confusing and misleading. Took some time to walk around to room. Rooms on each floor are spread out. Location is convenient for a walk to the beautiful old town. Eateries around the back and the massive park just a block away.
