Amazing stay at an amazing hotel! We stayed over Winter Carnival. The staff was wonderful; everyone was friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend staying on the Gold Level, here or at any Fairmont.... It's absolutely worth the extra money. The team at the Gold Lounge was welcoming and attentive. The food and drink at the Gold Lounge was fantastic. Breakfast at Place Dufferin was excellent. During the winter, the toboggan run is not to be missed! A great stay, and we can't wait to return!

World class hotel in beautiful setting. Elegant, classy and special. Nice pool and workout area. Restaurants looked amazing and the bar was very posh. Didn’t try the tobbagan run or a trip to the affi...aliated ice hotel but recommend you consider adding them to your itinerary

Great room, location, and great experience. All staff members provided excellent service. Spectacular views inside and out. Property well kept. Rooms were very quite, clean and beds were comfortable. Lots... of dining options near by.A Spectacular visit.

What a wonderful experience! This was our third year staying at the Fairmont in February. I always think our previous experience is the BEST but am surprised by the little things the staff does to make th...e next trip better. This time we stayed in the Queen Elizabeth Suite which was a perfect space for three adults. We love the large sitting area and most comfortable beds. Being able to control our heat (we like it cold) was an added bonus as were the charcuterie board on arrival and nightly treats. The French Onion Soup in the Bistro Le Sam was a perfect dinner for a cold night. The breakfast buffet has lots of choices all of which are delicious! As with our past experiences, the staff at the Fairmont are wonderful so helpful and knowledgeable about their hotel and the city of Quebec. My daughters and I would like to give a special shout out to Catherine to for taking such good care of us during our visit. You were amazing! We would also like to thank Maleni and Christine for their assistance when Catherine was unavailable. We are already looking forward to our return visit in February, 2026.

Beautiful historic site, and wonderful location. Great room, comfy beds and great service. The spa area with pool, steam room was very enjoyable. Helpful concierge. The buffet breakfast was delicious. ... We also had dinner at the hotel glacee with menu provided through hotel - fantastic.
