Fantastic and superb. It was nothing short of a fairy tale

Cindy was really awesome at front desk along with most one staff. Chef and the waiter at the bistro can be better . Plus please try to have Halal options so the Muslim guests can enjoy cooking without being picky. The reason we were not able to eat everything was because meat was not Halal

Over Rated for the $$$

Nikki V (Red Deer, Canada) on Nov 01, 2024

Beautiful hotel, but overpriced and over rated. Dirty rooms. $19 for water in your room. Really no free bottled water. I don’t think our room has been dusted in weeks so you wonder if the carpet has been vacuumed. The breakfast buffet was way overpriced. Over $40 for gross bacon. $25 for a mocktail! Then the extra tax they charge you. Then they want a tip after tax when they hand you the machine. You should only tip on the service amount. The tour of the hotel was over $40 for 2. Even for guests staying at the hotel. The history is amazing! But when you pay hundreds of dollars the least you could do is have a clean room and free bottled water. Oh the good days are gone.
