One of the worst experiences of my life. Customer service was non existent. Impossible to get a reservation for my entire stay at ANY restaurants. Got sick from the buffet. Barely any beach. Pool water fre...ezing and always jam packed. Unorganized dirty and unkempt. Took 20 minutes to walk from room to pool area. Do not stay here. I can’t understand how they have good reviews. The reviewers must have low standards.
