Overall, our trip here was nothing but wonderful! Every single worker was incredibly nice and more than helpful. If we ever needed something, it was made possible for us. People like Edwin, the mini bar ma...n, made our experience so magical. We didn’t feel like we had to leave the resort throughout the week, we were able to find enough activities to do and places to see to fulfill our week here. There is plenty to keep you busy. We visited the cenote, had a morning at the spa, did yoga, participated in a couple included classes, spent many hours at the beach and poolside bar and ate so much great food. I would definitely come back, as this place feels like home to us thanks to everyone who works here. We would recommend this place to any adult looking for a high quality experience with high quality people.

Let's talk about their good service and the friendliness of their staff, I don't know how to explain an incredible experience starting with reception who receive you very warm and in general the rest of th...eir staff very friendly and attentive. A strong point is the green areas Its beach is beautiful and spending the afternoon on the lounge chairs is the best. We really come to disconnect from everything, we found that! We would love to come back!
