Don’t bother unless your epic member or owner here

Still on resort as I write this, this hotel is amazing and so beautiful but it’s ruined by the fact that the owners and epic members are favoured over general holiday makers. It’s disgusting that I’ve spent thousands on this holiday to be treated like a second class citizen! If you own a property here or are an epic member then you’re able to make reservations for meals unlike us who have had to spend literally hours waiting for a table every single night! Some nights we haven’t even been able to get a table and had to order room service that has extremely limited options. There is also a separate entertainment for members and owners that is far superior to what we’ve had. How is this acceptable? The hotel management need to address this immediately!

Just wow! Amazing vegan options at most restaurants and the chefs would do their best to create something plant based if the menu was limited:) yoga on the roof with the well trained Instructor with NRG2GO was absolutely breathtaking! The Instructor Jillian made the class accessible for all, it was like a morning yoga retreat! The grounds and pool were so clean and I can’t say enough about the attentive staff??????? we will be back for the yoga and cold cervezas:)
