This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in an all inclusive hotel. We got locked out of our room which was a mile away (key card never done correctly), only 2 pillows and 2 towels available, th...e shower ceiling fell on my wife, more…..
Nice hotel but won’t be going back

An average hotel imo. Buffet wasn’t up to the standard you would expect in 4/5star hotel. Visited the a la carte resurants. Enjoying Brazilian and teppanyaki. Kids club is good. My young kids loved it! A...nd the kids shows which they reherse for are good. The shows they put on.. especially Origen aren’t great. I would see the Origen again even if it was free. 2 bedroom suite the bath flooded all the time. The door didn’t lock 50% of the time and no one came out to repair it on first request. Last few days the safe stopped locking as battery went. I didn’t bother asking for help on that occasion. Overall my kids enjoyed themselves and I met some nice people. But I won’t be rushing back to the resort. I’ll be checking out others
