Large resort, many areas to visit, nice beach area.

Swimming in the ocean and snorkeling were excellent. Had some issues with late night check in as service to find our room and porter service to carry our luggage was lacking.

When you encounter an issue, all the staff can say is sorry but does not provide resolution. You are stuck feeling unhappy and unsatisfied.
