Amazing family vacation

We just returned from the Barcelo and had an amazing trip. We have been to this resort 7x prior to this most recent vacation and this trip was hands down the best vacation! We generally stay at the Colonia...l due to the location but have friends who prefer both the Maya beach and the Palace based on their vacation syles. The room and grounds were so clean and well taken care of. Service staff was very kind and helpful. Food was fantastic and flavorful! Elizabeth Medina at the Topical buffet was so helpful and made sure our dining experience was great. Its easy to see that the resort is stepping up their game and making positive changes that will keep us coming back for years. Our kids were in the Barcy kids club off and on all week and had the best time with Lulu and Suzie. They did all kinds of activities, crafts, and got their faces painted a couple of times. We really love how well they cared for our kids and how our kids bonded with them! We highly recommend the resort and kids club!

The best part are the kid's pool, my son loved it. It's very safe and has lots of slides. And also the barcys club at Colonial resort,Sarahi,Susana and Lulu are awesome. They made different crafts with my ...son, they were patient and above all, although sometimes he was the only child, they never seemed apathetic, quite the opposite It would be better if there was a seafood restaurant near the beach.
