Tequila class was an incredible experience thanks to Alejandro and Fernando , they made this UVC event really special. The hotel as well is pretty nice and the beach area is so nice!!! We definitely recomm...end to visit! Perfect for couples or family.

It makes me sad when many avoid Mexico for safety reasons. I spent a week solo at Dreams Natura and took private transfers and excursions with Amstar. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about peop...le everywhere. From management to guest services (Miguel) to breakfast staff (Louis and Santiago), Club Lounge staff (Freddy), and many whose names I did not get, they made my travel experience a pleasure.

Stunning facility with comfortable rooms & lovely pools by the ocean. Lots of outside lounge chairs & umbrellas with palm trees overhead. The staff are all so friendly & helpful. We particularly lik...ed Santiago Montejo & Luis at the outside seating of the World cafe. They remembered our preferences & made us feel so welcome each morning. There are lots of pools, along with a lazy river with rafts & water slides, plus a zip line. We were attending a wedding on the beach which was beautiful. We also took a catamaran to Isle Majures - such turquoise water - the snorkeling mid ocean was stunning - lots of fish & coral.

The staff was excellent without exception. The resort is very well maintained. The food was uniformly good. Santiago and Luis took great care of us every morning at the breakfast buffet. I would strong...ly consider staying here again when coming to Cancun.
