We had the absolute pleasure of being served by Oscar at El Gaucho during our stay at TRS Yucatán, and he made our evening unforgettable. From the moment we were seated, Oscar went above and beyond to ensu...re every detail of our dining experience was perfect. His warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were truly 5-star. He guided us through the menu with great recommendations, ensured our glasses were never empty, and made us feel like VIPs the entire night. Oscar struck the perfect balance of being attentive without ever feeling overbearing — a true master of hospitality. The food was phenomenal, but Oscar’s service elevated the whole experience to another level. We left not just satisfied, but genuinely grateful.
