This was my husband and my first time in Mexico and we couldn't have chosen a better resort. The resort itself is beautiful and the staff is so friendly. We stayed in Villa 69 in a Jr. Jacuzzi Suite and it... was perfect. Our butlers Ricardo and Lisandra handled our every need, no matter how big (like needing a new T.V because ours malfunctioned) or small (like insisting on getting us ice). We enjoyed all of the food and drink options offered and had reservations at El Gaucho (10/10), Tentazione (10/10), and La Boheme (only had dessert but 7/10). We were surprised with rose petals on our table at Tentazione for our 5 year weddings anniversary, with chocolate writing on our dessert plate, with rose petals on our bed on the last night, and with a bottle of Chebrie. The pools were amazing and the beach was stunning. We participated in Bingo which the most entertaining part of our trip, and got a couples massage at Zentropia, which was a first for us, and was a lovely experience. very employee and staff member in all of the Grand Palladium Resorts were professional, friendly, and a joy to interact with. We were sad that we had to leave, but are excited to come back in the future. A special shout out to Ricardo and Lisandra for everyhting they did, the Expedia Ambassador Fernanda Garcia Pichardo for organizing the special touches (rose petals and wine), and to the staff of Tentazione (Hostesses Ivonne and Sayta, waiter Pedro and manager Adilene) for making our dinner so special.

We had the pleasure of staying at TRS Yucatan for our honeymoon. We were very impressed with the level of attention to the guests and the quality of the services. The property is well maintained, and has a... nice design. The restaurants were great, and the food was delicious. During our stay we had the opportunity to do many activities and meet many staff members. Staff is very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Special thank you to the Villa 64 butlers, Mafer, Patricia, and Jose. They helped us to make reservations for dinner and activities, and always responded immediately to WhatsApp messages. Our maid Rogelia did a fantastic job at making sure our room was in great shape and very neat. We had a great time at the cocktail Bartender lessons with Pedro and Andres. The bellboys were very helpful to take us to the places we needed to go. Special mention to bellboy Romeo, he was such a friendly person and had a very positive attitude. We went on the Maya tour on the hotel property with Fernando. He was a great guide and very knowledgeable about the history, you can tell he’s passionate about what he does. In fact, we also participated in the archery activity and sushi class with Fernando, and enjoyed it very much. He’s very outgoing, and will make any activity engaging and fun. A big thank you to Capricho, Chef Norelo, Chef Rodriguez, and Antonia, who prepared delicious traditional meal for us after the tour. We used the spa services and were impressed. It’s very clean, and staff is also welcoming. Our massage with Mayel and Viviana was very relaxing. On our last night we had the romantic dinner by the ocean. The food was amazing, and our waiter Pedro was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drinks. Thank you to front desk staff who helped us with our questions and checking in/out. TRS Yucatan is a great place to stay for a vacation. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends, and hope to be back again.

Huge resort with amazing food and amazing drinks. Buttle service was awesome and the infinity pool was incredible. Did not spend any time at the beach so can't speak to that. TRS is the way to go. We went ...to one of the other resorts restaurants and the quality was definitely inferior.

I did the YRS Mayan ruins tour. I found it to be very interesting and throughly enjoyable. The food was delicious and the performance from the people was amazing!
