His welcoming smile and warm greetings always welcome us back to stay at the beautiful TRS Yucatan. It has been wonderful to see him during our visits to the resort over the many years.

I have a very mixed feeling when it comes to the TRS Yucatan. I will say the servers, bar tenders, some butlers, in room service attendants were absolutely fantastic! But when it comes to resolving issues they can only do so much which is expected. When I brought my concerns to the front desk supervisors (2 separate ones on separate days I felt dismissed) from thr first one telling me he wasn't a manager until the surrounding staff confirmed that he was, having me fill out a report that he probably put in the trash as soon as I walked away, to the 2nd supervisor that I talked to during check out telling me flat out that they would not be offering me a refund for my missing items from my wish list/included item that were paid for with the premium experience to being rushed out of dinner at Helios because the restaurant closes at 11 and the staff needs to rush to catch the bus (which i absolutely sympathize with) But we had a reservation for 10pm. Why offer such a late reservation if there is not enough time for a patron to eat a 4 course dinner? And be aware even though it says it's adults only many of the options Bravo dinner show ,the beach, LA Dalia restaurant and others are not, and there are children every with the exception of the TRS property. What they don't tell you is that they're combined with the other resorts but they are so close it's like crossing a street and your on the family friendly properties many of the amenities are on the family friendly side of the property. This was supposed to be a trip away from out kids but their everywher. I definitely will not be going back.
