A very pleasant trip!

The excursion trip of ‘Luxury Sailing and Snorkeling’ recommended by Bercelo resort was frustrating. Only rough waves and stinging water without fish were encountered. To make it worse, my wife along with ...a few other passengers threw up on the boat. Fortunately, the overall services in the resort were good. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The food had a lot of variety and the quality was excellent. Moreover, the waiters worked very hard to serve the customers. We were particularly lucky to be served by Ramon Perez for a few days in the buffet restaurant. He understood our needs very well and served us proactively. We really appreciate the way he treated us and the nearby tables. His passionate attitude towards customers made our trip extra pleasant and memorable!

We stayed in the premium section of the palace and are very happy with the room, hotel staff, the beach grounds, the entire facility. Definitely would come back here again. ...
