Some of the best service and cleanest location we have seen. It pays to be a member and the butler service here is second to none. Leslie is OUTSTANDING! Ivan is a close second to the GOAT! You need to visit! They have a great stay figured out! A+++

Me and my husband stayed at the El Dorado Suites for our honeymoon this week. There were so many facilities offered, several pools, several different restaurants as well as a buffet and themed nights with Mexican food! The beds were so comfortable. The rooms were also very spacious and clean! As for the staff, they were so polite and happy to help with anything you needed, always with a smile! I want to send a huge shoutout to Luis from the entertainment team! He was amazing, always happy to help and always with a smile, he definitely kept us all entertained, and nothing was too much. It was very obvious that he loves what he does, and it shows in the service that he provided to not just us but everyone in the resort felt the same way! I also wanted to send a shoutout to some other members of the entertainment team: Benjamin, Luana, Puga and María who were also great! They say that the staff make a hotel, and all of these guys did just that!
