We booked the trip for a 30th anniversary the first time to the five hotel and beachfront. It was an amazing time. The people treat you excellent the food was outstanding. The service was outstanding rooms... are extremely clean and well kept beautiful landscape. The beach is great you were able to get sun or shade or a little of both Excellent pools, restaurants and bars around the entire area and any kind of food you like and it is all excellent also would definitely return no questions asked

We had such a wonderful time at the fives ! As previous writers discuss, the rooms were comfortable and the food in the a la cartes very nice every night. We ate around 6pm every night and rarely had troub...le getting a table, just a 30 min wait for the Thai one night. When we went at 730pm after a day trip waits were much much longer. The buffet was shut and I would’ve preferred to eat earlier on our day out day as I have a 4 year old but no option for buffet. The only drawback were as is a worldwide issue it seems- reserving of sun loungers and then not using them for in some cases most of the day. It isn’t fair and the hotel say they would move belongings but they don’t do this. What id really like to mention is something that doesn’t seem to have been mentioned recently if in any reviews I’ve read of the fives and that is how wonderful the kids club and staff are. We visited the kids club most days to get out of the son and stayed with our child to play. There is a small pool, outside covered play area, a large kids gym, a Nintendo/ tv room, an arts room and another room with figures and cars. The staff are wonderfully friendly and do the children’s face paint in the evening in the plaza. On the last day we wanted to kill some time before our transfer so we went to kids club. The staff organised Mother’s Day crafts which were wonderful and also water balloon games which the kids absolutely loved ! It was so great to just be able to drop into the club and not have to book sessions and leave our child (you can leave them if you want too!). It really is a gem, along with resident iguanas !!
