Pros: stunning architecture, pools and beaches are nice and clean, access to the park is easy; parks are beautiful and fun! Food is pretty good Cons: So…when you get to the hotel, they might offer you a 20...0$ coupon if you “just listen to a presentation while eating your breakfast”. Didn’t sound like something harmful so we agreed. Long story short, the sales lady sits with you in breakfast and tells you about their “loyalty program”. We thought that was it but no, she insisted on giving us a tour of the hotel, from there she took us to a room with a slideshow about the owner and his whole Biography, from there we were taken to a huge meeting room where tens of families were sitting with sales ppl who were trying to sell them a membership - Aprox 500k for 30 years! After three hours we managed to get away and it wasn’t easy! Really a shame that such a beautiful property does this aggressive marketing to its visitors who payed a-lot of money and are trying to relax! . After this incident, I completely lost trust in the hotel ….i also started noticing around the hotel the “captivated” helpless families that were sitting at breakfast with the sales ppl…its a shame they do this

The kids club was wonderful! I don’t love the idea of paying to take my kids on vacation just to drop them at a kids club the whole time. I’m eager for the family time. But a staff member came up to us on ...our way to the pool and told my girls what the activities were that day and that’s all it took. They had to go check it out. We went to a few activities throughout the week and two movie nights. By the last day our 5 year old literally only spent time with us to eat meals. She wanted to spend the whole day there. It was a fun, safe and creative space for them where they met friends and loved the staff. Thank you for a great week!
