An amazing experience for my whole family and we will definitely be returning.

The staff was beyond nice, welcoming and attentive. On many occasions staff members went above and beyond to provide help, suggestions and advise . Our concierge staff member Paola made us feel like family and was always checking in with us to see if we needed anything. We travelled with two kids ages 3 years and 6 months, and I can truly say the hotel catered for us offering high chair and a crib. Food was delicious leaving us wanting more.

We enjoyed our room, it had a jump pad into the river- awesome experience. It was cleaned very well and consistently with no issues. The food was delicious, but we wish the menus were more accessible and steady- some varied depending on the day. The transportation to each park was consistent and well regulated. The parks were so much fun and kept us busy. Our butlers, Andres & Alejandro, were very helpful and pleasant. They made our trip very memorable. We highly recommend staying at Xcaret Mexico in the Fuego Casa!
