My trip to Xcaret was my first time in Mexico, and even though I arrived just as hurricane Beryl made landfall nearby, this was one of the best resort experiences. The resort staff recovered quickly and the park exhibits offered so much variety. I was especially impressed by the butler crew assigned to my suite as Mauricio Cupul, Adriana Garrido & Iván Meléndez were all so attentive to the needs of me and my friends. I would definitely go back to Xcaret to experience some of the parks I missed out on due to the weather, and I would certainly recommend any suites with butler staff as professional, helpful and friendly as Mauricio, Adriana & Iván.
I don't know of any other hotel that even come close to this place. I highly recommend casa FUEGO!!

We went for our honeymoon. This isn't our first time going to hotel xcaret mexico. We loved the service, hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel/rooms so much that we went back for our honeymoon. This time we stayed at casa fuego and loved it!
