Loved this getaway!! Before meeting up with my family in Poway, decided to stay 2 nights in Mission beach area after flying in from Connecticut. This resort is in an ideal location for either heading down...town San Diego, Hotel Del or heading to Pacific Beach for dining!! The staff were friendly and helpful!! Ben, Andra, Jana and Patrick: great employees answering all our questions and getting us a great room with view! The suite was spacious, clean and the beds were perfect!! Only complaiMint is May Grey weather!! LOL

Spent an absolutely beautiful Mother's Day weekend and Baheia with my family. The property was impressive and very well kept. I recommend upgrading to a Bay view. Check in always sets the tone for my stays... and I experienced a delightful check in, with smiling faces and a smooth process. Besides the breathtaking views, the food was my favorite! You have to try the ceviche at their Dockside Restaurant! We will definitely be back again!

Our 3 sons had a great time at the pool, beach, and enjoyed the many amenities. Dockside was delicious. We had a party of 10 and the service was wonderful. Bingo by the pool was a great time enjoyed by the... whole family. We will be back very shortly!

Andre at front desk wasn’t very pleasant when he saw I had booked through Priceline. He gave us the smallest room that had a cleanliness issue, even though resort had so many empty rooms in better locatio...ns! We were so uncomfortable with room so we left at 5:30am instead of enjoying stay. Luckily, I met Christopher in lobby checking out! He was professional, took notes and went out of his way to make me smile! I appreciate Christopher he is what customer service should be at hotels!

Vacation is scheduled for Aug however Renee with reservations was so helpful. I needed to reserve two rooms. 1 room needed to be ADA compliant with a shower and the other a standard room for my son and ...his family. She researched to find rooms near each other and ensured that I had the best room to accommodate my daughter's needs. Thank you!
