It was a great time. The staff were great from Jana, Andra, and Ben at the front desk. To all the support staff throughout the resort. The pool was heated and easy to get in as you weren’t fighting the fre...ezing cold water. Great atmosphere. We’re coming back.

Awesome help from Ben at the front desk when we needed help with everything!! Appreciate all his help, insight and time! Everything is relatively close by as well as plenty of activities at the resort. E...njoyed the marina, the bay, the beach, the pool, and hot tub! Thanks!!!

From the moment we arrived, Jana went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. She greeted us with the warmest smile and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a few ...questions about what to do in the area, and she patiently walked us through all the best options, helping us plan out everything we needed. Her knowledge and friendly attitude made everything so easy! What really made the experience extra special was that she surprised us by upgrading our room to a beautiful suite! It completely blew us away and made us feel so appreciated and cared for. That little gesture truly made a big impact and turned our trip into something unforgettable.

BEN and CHRIS at the front desk truly went above and beyond to accommodate me and my pregnant wife. She was having mobility issues due to her pregnancy and our current room location and check in time wasnt... ideal. They worked their magic and found the perfect solution for our needs. The level of service and care is beyond compare. Thank you for making our stay amazing from minute one!

From the moment we arrived to the Bahia, Benjamin at the front desk was incredibly accommodating. He hooked up his fellow New Yorkers to fantastic accommodations. Mid-way through our trip, there was unexpe...cted and emergency work that had to be done in the employee restroom next to our suite, and the staff if the Bahia got right on moving us to another room. I cannot say enough good things and how friendly kind, compassionate, and thoughtful everyone was - especially Benjamin, Patrick, Andrea, Stephen, Tim, and Chris. I was traveling with my daughters on a mother-daughter trip and these top-notch employees took all the stress away, facilitating our fantastic San Diego experience. I recommend the Bahia wholeheartedly for your next trip to San Diego. The grounds, the staff, the food, the location, proximity to beaches and fabulous shopping made for a fabulous vacation!!
