Active Advisories
Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Perfect for a business trip
chometm (New York City, New York) on Jan 15, 2025
Went for a business trip--was really happy with my experience. All of the staff I interacted with were really friendly. Loved that they served a japanese-style breakfast one of the days we were there (feel...s great to start my day with some rice, eggs, fish, and soup!) but they also had american-style options as well. The main conference room has a huge window and tech worked well. The lobby was cozy and good for some independent work time. I really enjoyed saying hello to the koi fish every morning. Highly recommend.
Clean, quiet, but breakfast should be complimentary for the cost.

The hotel and room was very clean and quiet. Amenities provided were up to par. However, I can not rate this hotel higher due to breakfast being an additional charge. This does not make sense considering... the cost per night. There are competitors in the area that provide breakfast at no additional charge and this would go a long way to improve their guest experience and business.
