Active Advisories
Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Main areas excellent, rooms average, beware the loading docks

Hotel amenities and facilities are great for events and gatherings. Really good vibes in the lobby. Rooms are ok. Beds were very comfortable. The rest left a lot to be desired, especially the room they i...nitially put me in where the bathroom counter had no room to put anything down. Unfortunately, I would be hesitant to stay here again. I was placed in a room that look into a loading dock across the street. The trucks (yes plural, at least 4 pernight) come in between 2-4am and they blow their horns and are extremely loud. Yes, they gave me ear plugs, but that just wasn’t enough to help. I was moved on night 3 to a room that faces inward and finally got some sleep. But, even with that, I can’t wish my experience on anyone else.
Fun Hotel for Family Trip
Amy F on May 13, 2025
Nice hotel with parking options on-site and nearby ($50). Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Stayed in suite that was clean spacious for our family of four. The hotel has a coffee station availa...ble all day and hydration station with sparkling and flat cold water. Stayed at this hotel for it's proximity to the FIllmore which was a quick walk away. We will be back soon!
