Active Advisories
Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

No individualized ac or heat or fan unless you want to stay on floor 2 in small room with parking lot view. Not safe. Intentionally leave this off the website so you book, then they offer you a bad room for the same price when you are already there. Fan turns on and off on its own all night. Rooms smell and very worn. Boxed over soaking tubs so you can’t use them. Not a four star hotel more like a 2 star with old carpet and furniture and no air flow. Have no issue with misrepresentation on the website and act like they are doing you a favor to offer to cancel your reservation and won’t honor your rate at other Hyatts knowing you would have to pay to book anywhere last minute. If they had it on the website that there is no individual ac or heat or fan except in rooms floor 2 or lower and small ones, I would have booked somewhere else and I’m guessing a lot of others would have too.
